I took my elderly German Shepherd/Husky to StHelens Animial Trust today. I was over the moon at the treatment he received, the information the vet gave us was clear and very helpful in her instruction how to administer the medication he received. The waiting room was extremely clean and quiet which kept my boy relaxed. Staff immediately greeted us and pointed to where to wait. I will be returning with my boy to this place 100%. Went into to his appointment feeling worried but came out feeling very happy. Animal Trust is the tops.

All the staff and friendly and very caring, if immediately makes you feel that your fur baby will receive the best possible care, in my opinion going on the experience that I have had with both the nurses as well as the vets, you feel that nothing is too much trouble and that they have the animals best interests at heart and that they genuinely care for your pet.

1st visit was excellent everything was explained to me and was told to go boots as it was cheaper and being on benefits But 2nd visit so wrong on the 29th Sept vet asked if he had flea treatment we said yes we order from P.D.S.A as its cheaper was told treatment would cost £77 I said we couldn't afford it so vet looked for a cheaper option £67 so we agreed I then take my dog to the car and let my wife pay she came out and it cost £191 I never asked for flea treatment I also found the eye drops were only £11 from boots you charged me over £40 vet didn't offer me a script to get the cheaper option ask for you take the flea treatment back I didn't ask for it you say as soon as it leaves the building you can't take back or refund me absolutely disgusting enjoy yr £191 it's the last u will get from me also I will be telling anyone who will listen about this thank you
