Our Felix was very ill & they really tried to help him but they said he was slowly going & best thing was to let him go. The staff was very understanding & although hes gone we do really miss him so much. We hoping to get their ashes soon from them before christmas. Thankyou for your help.

Took my dog, Bella, to Animal Trust St Helens and the vet (Olivia) was lovely, very understanding, handled Bella really well (considering she is a diva pug and wouldn't keep still to be examined!). This made the world of difference as Bella has had unpleasant experiences at other private vets where they had left her a bit traumatised, but she was happy with Olivia. Straightforward treatment plan, no adding unnecessary extras as they are a not-for-profit organisation, fair pricing so no need to be filled with dread taking your poorly animal to the vets. A real game changer!!
